Food was unbelievable. Boat trip great, unfortunate the Earnslaw was out for maintenance.
weather was fabulous, ticketing experience was fine. amazing variety of food at gourmet bbq, except the beef was tough. staff at farm we lovely.
Easy organisation. Great food. Good entertainment
Very happy good food and place
When boarding an amercain woman was so rude ,yelling BEHIND THE LINE, she was so rude ,frowning & gruff ,we were treated like cattle ,all the other hosts were lovely
As an avid traveler this is one of the best excursions we've done the whole thing was great value for money professionally done and I would recommend it to anyone
The whole trip was a great experience, well worth doing. On the way over to the farm the Earnslaw skipper gives you a good factual commentary about the area and the workings of the steamer. Walter Peak was a picturesque destination. The gourmet bbq lunch was great. Really enjoyed the farm show, especially informative for tourist's. Gift shop was definitely worth a look. Something for everyone.
What an amazing experience from start to finish! The boat ride, Walter Peak, the beautiful views and the food were phenomenal. Highly recommend!
The whole package. The lunch was great, with plenty of variety for all. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The farm show was cute, as I was a farm girl 50 odd years ago.
It was a lovely experience sailing on the grand old lady of the lake the TSS Earnslaw. The views were magnificent of Queenstown, the mountain ranges and Walter Peak. Our meal was fabulous, Walter Peak Station homestead is beautiful and the staff were all lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
The four hour activity was excellent cruising across to Walers Peak in a coal driven steam boat. Watching the coal be delivered on the TSS Earnslaw prior boarding added to the experience as did viewing the engine room & reading the information boards. Chris provided a relaxful atmosphere as he sang & played the guitar on our journey. Chris was fantastic & enhanced our experience with a warm and fuzzy feeling. The gourmet BBQ was sensational, succulent meats, delicious sides & amazing desserts, all plentiful. Staff well presented, friendly & helpful. Immaculate venue with beautiful gardens. Farmer Cory and his sheepdog did a wonderful information show. Highlight of our NZ holiday and a Must Do for every traveller.
The views are amazing. The boat ride was stunning. The food was spectacular. The butterscotch steam pudding was delicious. So many goodies on the menu. Thank you so much. It was my 50 th birthday so lovely celebrating with all my friends
The booking process was painless and the disembarking of passengers from the Earnslaw and boarding of new passengers was very efficiently handled. With one exception we found staff generally helpful and kind. They worked hard, especially the man in the engine room stoking the fireboxes for the boilers. Having access to the engine room was a memorable experience and information about the Earnslaw was readily available. What impressed us most was the attention to detail including the staff coming out to wave a welcome to guests as the Earnslaw approached Walter Peak Station. Feeding 250 people was no mean feat. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Finally, the giftshop was well stocked and the farm show informative and we'll-presented. A Korean couple sat next to us at dinner. We asked them what they liked so far. The husband replied, "it's like heaven!" You couldn't get a better accolade than that!
Brilliant cruise, AMAZING food and a fab show. Thoroughly impressed with the whole experience start to finish.
The ship was lovely and the bbq was ready good. Great location and views from the patio area.
From start to finish great buffet was best l ever had

Everything was beautiful. The boat was so fancy and beautiful. The staff was really friendly and lovely. The comments were interesting and useful. Milford sound is one of the best place in the world and this company is my favorite one. I'll recommend them without any hesitation they are amazing.
Great crew telling you history of Milford Sound. Was lucky enough to see dolphins, seals and penguins as well. Fab views.
A highly satisfactory and enjoyable experience.
Friendly staff oh well, explained guided tour
Excellent Life time experienced Loved and enjoyed every moment ❤️
Great commentary, friendly staff, gorgeous scenery.
Great crew and vessel. Weather was fabulous too .
It was overcrowded and the parking is expensive and to could not get a receipt . Would not recommend this to anyone ever again . Long dreive , expensive car park . Car park payments was not easy to navigate .
It was easy to book the cruise and no issues at all. The weather played up so couldn't really experience milford sound but was definitely worth it.

Absolutely fantastic the smaller boat so much better and the crew where the best ticketing was so easy and they even kept in touch to let us know when we where expected aboard x our friends did it a few days earlier and had the same wonderful experience xx I recommend you go on the small boat you get closer to nature 👏❤️
Loved the small boat and that we could get close to the waterfall. My husband and I were happy to be able to stand in front of the boat while the boat was turning. Best experience of our trip! Thanks so much and for the skipper for all the information given during the tour.
A pro tip for future visitors
Ticketing was very easy and fhe small boat ride was really worth the amount paid.
The most surreal experience. Highly recommend. So so beautiful!!!!
It's a spectacular experience, a wonderful adventure in the heart of Mildford Sound! What's more, we were lucky enough to see some dolphins!
Crew was fantastic both in their knowledge and hospitality. They even helped us spot dolphins in the crazy rainy weather. Captain especially made sure everyone stayed safe onboard and the hot chocolate was like icing on cake. Ticketing experience and check in was quite smooth and hassle free
Well organised, good explanations and tailored to surprises such as a group of dolphins surfing in the waves of the boat.
Everything. The skippers delivery of commentary was great. Ability to see everything easily. Plenty of time to take photos. Has been on my list of things to do for years and it did not disappoint. Loved it.
The entire experience was great starting from the booking to the ease of navigation to the place and check in.
really good !! Would recommend anytime. We saw Dolphins and the guide was amazing.
Wonderful trip in extraordinary scenery. Smaller ship, lesser people, better views.
Great crew. We really enjoyed our experience. Thanks
Personal approach with smaller vessel, and can feell closer experiences to the shores

The nature was the best. Flight was fantastic. Cruise was OK, but better and bigger cruises also were available, but in more cost. The experience was incredible during my trip in New Zealand 😊😊. Thanks for headout for making everything better.
The flight was absolutely unique and we had two great pilots in Nikita and Jake. We found the cruise rather boring because there was simply too little to see. We've seen more exciting fjords.
Great experience. I would recommend to anyone.
Amazing experience, one of our favorite from the trip so far. We had perfect weather for the flight and boat trip and were able to see fur seals, penguins and get up close to the waterfalls.

Good trip overall! The drive felt loooong (4 hours, bring snacks), but the scenery out the window was UNREAL. Our guide was friendly and cracked a bunch of dad jokes en route. The boat ride was the highlight—saw dolphins and got up close to the waterfalls. Just wish there were more seats up top. Also, bring layers, it’s cold even in July.
Loved the views, didn’t love the crowds. Top deck was packed for the first half of the cruise, everyone fighting for a selfie spot. But once the rain started, it cleared out and the waterfalls were INSANE. The guide was cool about answering questions. Would prob go in shoulder season next time to avoid so many ppl.
Bit underwhelmed tbh. Maybe my expectations were too high after all the hype from mates. Coach was comfy but the ride felt endless and my window was kinda foggy. The cruise itself was nice, but SOOO crowded the day we went. Could barely move for pics. Scenery is beautiful, just wish it was less busy.
Family trip with two kids (7 & 10). Both loved the coach ride (so many tunnels!) and the wildlife on the cruise—we saw a seal! Staff was really sweet with the little ones. Bit of a scramble to get seats together on the boat though. Bring snacks, not much kid-friendly food on board.
Did this for my birthday and it was PERFECT! Went with my bestie, we took a zillion pics on the glass-roof bus. Our driver made us laugh the whole way. On the cruise, the dolphins decided to tag along. Only downside was the coffee ran out before we got to the front of the line. Still, 10/10 would go again.
Went with friends, good time overall. The bus had big windows for views but wish they wiped the glass more often, got streaky. The cruise was the highlight—stood outside the whole time. Bring gloves, gets freezing by the falls.
Went solo, ended up chatting with folks from all over. Our driver, Paul, was a legend—so many stories! The cruise was peaceful, even with a full boat. Got some insane pics of the waterfalls and seals. Would recommend going early if you hate crowds.
Went with my wife and her parents. The coach was comfy, and there were enough stops to stretch our legs. Wish there’d been more time at the mirror lakes stop, but otherwise, everything was smooth. Boat ride was windy but beautiful.
Not bad, but not as amazing as I’d hoped. Maybe the weather just didn’t cooperate—clouds everywhere. The bus was clean, and staff friendly. The boat felt crowded and I couldn’t get good pics.
Everything was well organised. The guide was helpful, and the stops along the way kept the long journey interesting. The cruise was BUSY but we got space at the front. Would go again, maybe in spring for less crowds.
Scenery was top notch, but the boat’s indoor seating was a bit cramped. Spent most of the time on the deck anyway, so not a huge deal. Staff was friendly and kept everyone informed. Wear layers, gets cold fast.
Went with mates, had a good laugh the whole way. The bus commentary was a bit much at times but the views made up for it. The cruise was PACKED but the waterfalls made it worth it.
My husband and I did the tour in June. Weather held up, thankfully! The stops for photos were perfectly timed and our driver was a walking encyclopedia. The cruise was just magical—mist, mountains, seals, the whole deal.
Wow, just wow. Never seen so many waterfalls in one place! Our guide was awesome, told us which side of the bus to sit for best views. Boat was clean, coffee was surprisingly good.
The drive felt a bit long but the stops for pics (especially at that huge valley) made up for it. Cruise was chilly—bring a hat! Saw seals and a tiny penguin.
Did this with friends. Bus was super comfy, staff were friendly. The cruise was the highlight—stood outside the whole time. Would do again.
Picked this tour because I didn’t want to drive. Bus was on time, driver had great local stories. The cruise got busy quick, so claim a good spot early if you can.
Had an EPIC day out with my partner. The waterfalls were roaring and the mountains… just wow. Staff were friendly and the whole thing ran on time. Hot chocolate on the boat was a nice touch.
Went with my sister. The bus was comfy, but got cold so bring a jacket. Cruise was great, especially when the captain steered right under the falls!
Great activity. Lovely place and Brendon was really informative and funny.
Was okay. Rain made it hard to see much and the bus windows fogged. Staff did their best but just not my day.
