Before becoming a tourist attraction, the Earnslaw was used to transport livestock, people, and supplies to remote stations around Lake Wakatipu. It played a crucial role in local life before roads connected these areas.
The cruise lasts 90 minutes, with a 45-minute journey each way between Queenstown and Walter Peak.
